The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to own, optimize, and elevate our website and marketing landing pages.
In this role, you’ll lead conversion rate optimization (CRO), manage and enhance our CMS and web infrastructure, and ensure every digital experience aligns with UX best practices, content performance, and technical health. You’ll play a key role in supporting paid marketing initiatives, optimizing landing pages and user flows for maximum impact across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
💡 Website & Conversion Optimization
Own and improve web performance and conversion metrics across our main website and HubSpot landing pages
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using GrowthBook (or similar)
Support paid marketing by optimizing landing pages and CRO strategies for better results
Analyze data from GA4, GSC, and heatmapping tools to identify friction points and refine user flows
Maintain a prioritized backlog of optimization opportunities and deliver ongoing improvements
⚙️ CMS & Web Operations
Own and manage all aspects of our CMS (Storyblok, WordPress, or similar)
Implement and oversee website updates, builds, and campaign launches
Ensure every update follows UX, SEO, and brand best practices
Collaborate with developers or technical partners to fix issues and deliver enhancements
📈 Technical & Analytical Excellence
Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawl/indexing, linking, etc.)
Monitor and report on key web performance indicators to show business impact
Stay current with web, CRO, and CMS trends and apply best practices
Job requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
🎯 5+ years in website management, web operations, or digital marketing
🚀 Proven track record in CRO and landing page optimization
🧠 Hands-on experience with GrowthBook or similar testing tools
💰 Experience optimizing web experiences to support paid campaigns
🌐 Skilled in HubSpot for landing page creation and optimization
🧩 Proficient with Storyblok, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
🔍 Strong grasp of technical SEO and on-page optimization
📊 Solid analytical skills with GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools
💻 Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus)
💼 Experience managing B2B SaaS websites and digital campaigns
🧭 Excellent project management and communication skills
