The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our Innovation product strategy team and build what doesn’t exist yet.

This is not a feature-iteration role.

This is a 0→1, AI-native, high-ambiguity product role.

You will explore new B2B product directions, validate or kill ideas in weeks (not months), and build scalable validation systems in a small, autonomous team.

We operate in a bootstrapped environment. That means:

• No large research budgets.

• No incentive-heavy experiments.

• No long discovery cycles.

Speed, clarity, and disciplined experimentation matter.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Identify new B2B opportunities in markets Time Doctor does not yet serve

• Conduct direct customer interviews focused on problem discovery before solutioning

• Frame ambiguous problem spaces and define clear hypotheses

• Validate or kill ideas within 2–3 weeks through structured experiments

• Build repeatable experimentation systems (“validation machine”) in a small team

• Translate AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, automation systems) into real customer value

Execution & Delivery

• Own the full 0→1 journey from idea to MVP launch

• Partner closely with engineering and design in a small, highly autonomous team

• Prioritize ruthlessly in constrained environments

• Ship MVPs quickly and iterate based on real signal, not intuition

• Communicate clearly in async documentation and decision logs

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience

• Proven 0→1 experience in ambiguous, early-stage environments

• Hands-on AI-native product experience (LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, ML pipelines, or agent-based systems) — not just “AI exposure”

• Strong customer discovery discipline (problem interviews before feature design)

• Experience operating in small teams (≤5–6 people) without heavy support structures

• Clear examples of killing ideas early based on learning

• Experience in bootstrapped or resource-constrained environments

• Excellent written communication and async collaboration skills
