The Role
We are looking for a RevOps Analyst with a strong focus on systems, workflows, and automation. This role is less about reporting and more about building and maintaining the operational engine behind our revenue teams.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities without waiting for direction. If you enjoy solving complex workflow challenges, improving data flow, and taking partial/full ownership of systems, this role is for you.

What Youβll Do
Systems & Automation
π§© Own and manage our CRM and revenue tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Revenue Hero, enrichment and automation tools)
β‘ Design and implement workflows, automations, and triggers to streamline GTM processes
π‘ Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve system efficiency
π§ Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs
Data Integrity & Structure
π§© Maintain clean, structured, and reliable data across all revenue systems
β‘ Build and enforce data governance practices and standards
π§ Manage segmentation, lifecycle stages, and object relationships within the CRM
π Ensure consistent and accurate data flow across tools and integrations
Process Design & Optimization
π‘ Independently map, document, and improve end-to-end revenue processes
β‘ Identify bottlenecks and implement system-driven solutions without needing constant direction
π Monitor process performance and continuously iterate for efficiency and scale
Cross-Functional Collaboration
π€ Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand operational needs
π¬ Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
π Support a global, async team with clear, reliable, and well-documented processes
Success Looks Like
β‘ You build, integrate and optimize automated systems that reduce manual work and enable teams to move faster
What You Bring
π― 2β4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
β‘ Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end
π§© Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
π§ Deep understanding of workflows, data structure, segmentation, and lifecycle management
π‘ Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and solving problems without being asked
π¬ Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions
π Comfortable working remotely with distributed, async teams
πͺ΄ Curious and continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes
